1.3 Enhance program logic and update message
Details:
It was found that in old version, the auto-rotate settings cannot be switched on /off occasionally when you run this app. and rotate your phone at the same time (or immediately after running this app).
In this version, the program logic was modified so that the change of the auto-rotate settings will not be overridden by users' rotation during the switching process.
